Frequently Asked Questions
Where does ISMS Lite run?
On your infrastructure, on a dedicated VPS per client, or directly at the client's site. You decide what fits the respective setup. Docker Compose is sufficient — Kubernetes is not required.
Can I offer ISMS Lite under my own branding?
Yes. All MSP packages support full white-labeling. You can customize the logo, colors, and name so your clients use the tool under your brand.
What happens after the 12 months of updates with lifetime?
The software continues to run, even without renewal. You simply won't receive new updates. Renewal is optional.
What infrastructure do I need?
Ubuntu/Debian, Docker, 500 MB RAM, and 10 GB disk per instance. A standard VPS is sufficient. No root access required.
Who provides support to end clients?
You do. We support you as an MSP partner with technical questions about the platform. You handle end-client support yourself.
Can I resell individual licenses to clients?
No. The MSP package is designed for managing multiple clients on your infrastructure. Individual licenses are purchased by clients directly from us.
